The Role

  • Own and manage an international sales pipeline
  • Identify, qualify and close direct SaaS opportunities
  • Lead prospects through a structured MEDDPICC sales process
  • Conduct needs analysis and deliver product demonstrations
  • Negotiate subscription agreements
  • Work collaboratively with international teams and partners
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Be available during European (CET) business hours

This is a proactive, commercially led role. You will be expected to create urgency, challenge thinking and drive deals to close.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in sales or business development
  • 2+ years successfully generating and closing self-sourced business
  • Experience winning new logos
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Comfortable managing high activity levels
  • Strong phone presence
  • Confident operating independently in a remote environment
