Telesales Executive / Sales Executive (B2B)
Up to £28k basic + uncapped commission | £35k OTE year one

A rare opportunity to join an established and well-respected UK business services provider delivering IT, telecoms, mobile and security solutions to commercial clients across the UK.
With over 30 years of success, this business offers stability, strong leadership and a genuinely supportive sales environment. They are now looking for a driven, resilient Telesales Executive to focus on booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager to close.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on telesales position with real scope to grow.
- Around 70% of your time will be spent on high-quality outbound cold calling, booking qualified meetings
- The remaining 30% will involve outbound marketing activity, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots
- You’ll work 1-to-1 with the Sales Manager, learning objection handling, sales strategy and best practice directly from someone who actively closes deals
The business values attitude over experience. Telephone sales experience is desirable, but they are far more interested in someone with drive, resilience and the hunger to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactive outbound calling, handling gatekeepers and objections to book qualified meetings
- Full ownership and accountability for your own sales pipeline and targets
- Utilising digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to generate ideas that support growth and performance
About You
- Experience in a target-driven role (B2B, B2C, telesales, appointment setting, etc.)
- Resilient, motivated and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment
- Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and approaches
- Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement
- Takes ownership and accountability for results
Progression & Development
Alongside a strong training and onboarding programme, the successful candidate will have genuine opportunities to shape their future within the business. Progression could include Business Development, Account Management, Territory or Senior Sales roles.
