Business Development Executive – B2B – Guildford

Salary: Up to £27,500 basic (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £35,000+
Location: Guildford (office-based)

Overview

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing B2B sales team in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves a fun, fast-paced, work-hard-play-hard environment and wants to be recognised for their performance. You’ll be engaging with senior-level prospects across a variety of campaigns, booking qualified appointments, and helping clients achieve real results.

We’ll also consider trainee-level candidates looking to start a successful career in sales. Full training is provided, and you can start earning commission during training.

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £27,500 basic salary (DOE).

  • Uncapped commission – realistic Year 1 OTE £40,000+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.

  • Qualify leads and book appointments with decision-makers.

  • Build relationships with clients and maintain a high-quality pipeline.

  • Manage your own workload using CRM tools to track activity and progress.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Represent the company in a professional, consultative manner.

  • Attend client meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills.


About You

  • Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C) – backgrounds such as call centre, recruitment, travel sales, events, lead generation, or estate agency are ideal.

  • Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

  • Resilient with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems.

  • Passionate about growing a long-term career in business development and sales.
