Sales Account Manager – joining salary up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission – Twyford (Office Based)

Year 1 OTE: £60,000 | Year 2 OTE: £72,000 | Year 3 OTE: £88,000

We’re hiring Sales Account Managers to join a fast-growing business based in Twyford.

You’ll manage inbound enquiries, nurture existing client accounts, and generate new opportunities with warm leads. This is not a cold-calling role, but it’s ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:
Recruitment, mortgage or insurance brokering, telesales, telemarketing, or any other B2B or B2C sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
• Calling existing customers to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships
• Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
• Working towards achievable sales and margin targets
• Managing your own performance using KPIs

About you

• Proven experience in telesales, estate agency, recruitment, insurance, telemarketing, or a similar sales environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Motivated by commission and career progression
• Able to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive to succeed
