Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the business on retail and event campaigns. This is a hands-on role combining administration, brand activations, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for retail and events.
- Support brand activations in-store, online, and at events.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and presentation across all channels.
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas to help grow brand awareness and community engagement
- Social Media & Digital
- Support the management of social media channels with a 7-day presence.
- Help plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
- Stay on top of trends and contribute ideas to keep the brand relevant and inspiring.
- Assist in community engagement.
- Support website updates, e-commerce campaigns, and email marketing.
- Monitor performance and help compile reports to inform future activity.
- Provide day-to-day admin support.
- Assist in the management of campaign calendars, trackers, and content schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, ambassadors/influencers, and partners to coordinate marketing activity.
- Assist with presentations, reporting, and collateral creation.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- A genuine passion for running, fitness, or active lifestyle culture.
- Confident on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Strava, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for retail and events.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible to cover evenings and weekends for events
Desirable:
- Graduate Business/Marketing Degree
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or social media role.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CMS tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance.
