Area Sales Manager – Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms (KBB) – B2B – Field Based / Remote – Midlands
Up to £45k basic + uncapped commission (£55k OTE Year 1)

A well-established, employee-owned KBB business in the heart of Birmingham has an exciting opportunity for a driven, experienced Area Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this role gives you the autonomy to create your own sales strategy, drive new business, upsell to existing accounts, and build a successful sales pipeline.

To be successful, you’ll need proven experience within the KBB industry, along with the ability to work independently. You’ll be responsible for booking your own appointments two days a week and spending the other three days visiting clients. This is a role for someone who is motivated to make money, generate revenue, and take full ownership of their results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual with a “can-do” approach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business in the KBB sector
  • Managing and growing an existing customer base
  • Selling across retail, distribution, DIY, and contractor channels
  • Conducting regular client visits and field work – this is not a desk job
  • Reporting on pipeline activity and local market insights

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience within the KBB industry
  • Has previous experience in field, territory, or area sales
  • Is confident in business development and account management
  • Can work independently with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Is goal-driven and commercially aware
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
