The Role:
The purpose of this Sales Manager role is to lead a team of four Sales Account Managers. You’ll begin by working as a Sales Account Manager yourself, gaining hands-on experience and completing full training. From there, you’ll begin recruiting your own team, with the new team launching in March.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, manage and motivate a B2B sales team, leading by example

Coach each Account Manager and develop strategies to maximise profits

Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profit targets

Monitor performance, hold regular 1:1s, and conduct reviews

Recruit your team, deliver training programmes, and provide ongoing support
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams

A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies

A valid driving licence and access to a car, or direct train access to Twyford
