Lead Generation Specialist – No Cold Calling - Pool In Wharfedale - £25k basic rising to £26k after probation + uncapped commission - £12k OTE – Hybrid Working

The purpose of this role is to make outbound calls (no cold calling—responding to inbound enquiries), qualify the lead, and if right, book them in with your advisor. If you thrive on delivering quality conversations, managing expectations, and building relationships with both consumers and their B2B advisors, then you’ll fit right in.
The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet, with a creative approach to objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling.

Job Role:
- High-volume outbound calls to inbound enquiries, conducting in-depth fact-finds
- Matching consumers to the right advisor
- Building rapport and trust, ensuring every party is informed and prepared
- Exceeding sales targets
Experience/Skills Required:
- Passion, ambition, and self-motivation
- Strong self-starter with the ability to build rapport and relationships
- Experience hitting and exceeding targets
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively
We’d consider backgrounds from B2B, B2C, Estate Agency, Car Sales, Recruitment, Telesales, Telemarketing, Financial Services, and other telephone-based sales roles.
