Graduate Sales Executive

GRADUATE SALES EXECUTIVE – Crawley – Up to £35k basic DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a successful regional sales team as a Commercial Trainee. You’ll be responsible for building long-term client relationships, increasing revenue from existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating the customer database.
• Contacting existing clients, processing orders, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Cross-selling products and reaching out to lapsed clients.
• Developing strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
• Manage customer orders

Who/what are we looking for?

• A degree in a technical or business-related subject 
• Some experience in sales or account management is a bonus but not essential
• Interest or familiarity with networking tech (LAN, data-centre infrastructure, etc.) a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded and numerate
• Technically curious and confident engaging with client technical teams
• Highly organised, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, even remotely
