Business Development Manager – Digital Agency - Manchester

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Salary: Up to £55k - £90k+ OTE)

As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive new business and expand market presence. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, closing complex deals, and fostering lasting client relationships. This is a strategic role, ideally suited to someone with strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to sales.

Job role:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients
• Develop account plans to drive growth through upsell and cross-sell
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Report on pipeline activity and account performance to senior leadership

Who/What We're Looking For

• You will have a proven track record in business development within Tech or SaaS
• Experience managing high-value, strategic client accounts
• Skilled in solution-based sales and delivering ROI-focused proposals
• Comfortable engaging with technical concepts and internal teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
• Data-driven and strategic in approach
• Collaborative, with leadership potential and a team-oriented mindset
