Senior Account Manager – £80k-£100k basic plus comms – Hybrid working - SAAS/UCAAS/CCAAS/AI/PAAS

A Berkshire based global technology company have an opening for a Senior Account Manager with significant Enterprise Account Management and leadership experience to join them.

You will be responsible for coaching and motivating a team, while also being the single point of contact for all customer enquiries across your own enterprise accounts

Key responsibilities of the role

• Motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Be responsible for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with your accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Forecast and track key account sales metrics for business pipeline opportunities.
• Manage a senior contact strategy of multi-level engagement within the account base.
• Develop a portfolio of referrals through key accounts and generate new business leads.

Who/what are we looking for?

• Good experience managing and motivating others.
• Significant experience of enterprise account management
• Experience in the SaaS/CCAAS/UCAAS/PAAS/Managed Services industries
• Identify training needs across the team and design/source training
• Invest in the personal development of the team
• Plan workload and colleague resource levels to meet customer/business expectations.
• Provide weekly reports/updates on department activity and progress to management as required.
