Meetings & Events Sales Manager - Shepperton - Up to £34,000 basic + bonus

We’re recruiting for a Meetings & Events Sales Manager to join a busy and well-established hotel venue in Shepperton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hotel meetings and events sales office experience who can confidently manage bookings from enquiry through to event delivery.

If you’ve worked in a hotel sales office, know how to handle the full event process, and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing incoming meetings and events enquiries
• Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Planning events from start to finish, creating function sheets, event plans, and timelines
• Supporting clients on event days
• Processing invoices, payments, and event administration
• Running reports and tracking performance

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a hotel meetings and events sales role
• Strong understanding of the full event journey
• Experience using OPERA would be highly desirable
• Organised, calm, and confident under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Someone commercially minded who enjoys repeat business and relationship building

This role could suit an experienced Meetings & Events Sales Manager, or a strong Meetings & Events Executive / Sales Office Supervisor ready for the next step.
