Salary: Up to £25,000 basic (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £30,000–£35,000+

Are you ambitious, confident, and eager to start a career in sales or business development?
We’re hiring a Trainee Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing B2B sales team in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, personality, and the motivation to succeed — no prior sales experience is needed. You’ll receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching from day one, helping you quickly progress and start earning commission.

The Role

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you’ll learn how to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and manage the full sales process.

Each campaign is different, meaning every day brings something new. You’ll be speaking with decision-makers, learning how to qualify leads, and booking appointments — all while developing your communication and commercial skills.

Experience in customer service, retail, call centre, or telesales is helpful but not essential — we’re more interested in your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
