Salary: Up to £27,000 basic (depending on experience)
Location: South West London
Hours: 35 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday rota, 1–2 weekend days per month)

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service and helping customers feel confident and inspired. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, supporting day-to-day operations and maintaining the store’s high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

• Offer styling and product advice tailored to each customer.

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising.

• Maintain store presentation and visual display standards.

• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.

• Support store opening and closing procedures.

• Communicate customer feedback to the management and buying teams.

• Stay up to date with new collections, fabrics, and styles.

• Previous retail experience within boutique, premium, or fashion environments.

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.

• Confident communicator with a warm, approachable manner.

• Genuine interest in sustainable fashion and ethical retail.

• Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Flexible to work weekends as part of a small team.
