Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Call Centre or Contact Centre Team Leader to manage a small weekend sales team based in Salford Quays, Manchester. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, and motivating a high-energy team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a weekend call centre sales team to exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and regular 1-2-1 sessions.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to maximise conversion opportunities.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business.

• Collaborate with senior management on recruitment, training, and future team expansion.

• Analyse sales data and report on weekend performance to identify trends and improvements.

• Contribute to wider sales objectives by working closely with weekday Team Leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Call Centre or Contact Centre Team Leader in a sales environment.

• Strong background in B2C telesales, inbound or outbound call handling.

• Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and engage others.

• Comfortable working weekends as part of your regular schedule.

• Based within commutable distance to Manchester / Salford Quays.
