Store Manager – New Store Opening in Bath
Luxury Sustainable Fashion Brand – Up to £32,000 Basic + Discretionary Annual Bonus

**Flexible hours available – either 4 or 5 days a week on a rota
Opening times: Monday–Saturday 10am–6pm / Sunday 11am–5pm

Key Responsibilities
o Management of a brand new store opening 
o Recruitment, training, mentoring and motivating of staff
o Conducting staff performance reviews and annual appraisals.
o Ability to deal with delicate customer issues.
o Excellent and confident telephone etiquette.
o Maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
o Regular shop floor sand window stock rotation to ensure the store looks visually compelling.
o Being responsible for own H&S and ensuring H&S processes are followed in store.
o Communication of customer feedback to the buying and merchandising teams.

Requirements
• Have previous experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within premium or luxury retail
• Are passionate about sustainable fashion and conscious living
• Enjoy building customer relationships and are service-focused
