Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing duties, stock management, and admin
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Provide thoughtful styling and product advice tailored to customer needs
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements
• Have previous experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or luxury retail
• Are passionate about sustainable fashion and conscious living
• Enjoy building customer relationships and are service-focused
