Sales Executive - £ 19k basic – OTE £30-£40k and some great incentives - Ascot

*** Guaranteed £30k for first 4 months to support you through your training period***

This is not a call centre or cold calling role. It is responding to inbound enquiries and commission is VERY achievable. Last year the whole team hit target and majority earned £40k+

A fantastic opportunity to get your foot on the ladder with a growing company based in Ascot who will offer you training and an opportunity to develop.

A varied role where you will respond to inbound leads and account manage the customer through to the completion of the sale.

You will be provided with an excellent training schedule and be mentored by the top sellers in the business to ensure that you are successful and earning commission quickly.

The role:

• Responding to inbound website generated leads for prospective clients. Conversion is currently 45%.
• Provide a proactive and helpful telephone/email support to meet customer needs
• Investigating and solving customer problems
• Manage obtaining Customer Feedback throughout the customer's journey
• Liaising with external suppliers to manage the delivery of the services to the customer

Who are we looking for?

• Attitude is hugely important – you will be driven to succeed and motivated to hit targets
• Several years experience working in customer interactive type roles such as restaurants, estate agency, call centre or retail.
• You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service skills - empathetic to the customer needs; not just a sales person
