Business Development Representative – SAAS - Reading – Up to £40k basic/OTE £60k
A rapidly growing SAAS business based in Reading is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their successful team.
There is also a very real chance of progression here as successful BDR’s can progress to an Account Manager role later.

Typical day to day:
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries
- Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and social media
- Qualify leads and gather key information
- Schedule meetings, product demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize the sales process/improve conversion rates.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
