Sales Manager – New Business Team - Up to £30k - OTE £50k

A successful and fast growing e-learning/training organisation based in Bracknell are looking for a Sales Manager to assist the Head of New Business.  The role will be focused on driving the sales team to continue hitting monthly targets, as well as providing support to the senior leadership team.

You will need to be driven by people and be great at initiating rapport, building strong working relationships, and motivating staff.  

Role – Sales Manager – New Business

  • Support the Head of New Business in leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to hit targets
  • Ensure that the sales teams meet and exceed their individual monthly targets
  • Run both the sales and lead generation departments
  • Build collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Review and report on activity, pipeline and other KPI metrics
  • Manage and support senior salespeople with their internal teams
  • Drive the creativity and flexibility within the team
  • Support the onboarding and inducting of new candidates into the team
  • Run quarterly and annual appraisals
  • Directly support the Head of New Business and Head of Marketing in planning specific marketing campaigns.

Skills/experience required for the Sales Manager - New Business

Previous experience in sales management, though advantageous, is not essential. We are seeking an approachable, hard-working individual, who has recent demonstrated experience as a consistent sales performer and leader, looking to take the next step in their career. If you are keen to develop into an exceptional sales manager and gain the experience of managing a sales team then we will expect you to have: -

  • A proven track record for consistent sales performance
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring salespeople
  • Previously supported a manager in the day to day running of a sales team
  • Good working knowledge of the Salesforce system and the outbound sales process
  • Experience of the Salesforce report building functionality
  • An organised and efficient work process
  • The ability to easily build rapport


  • £25k-£30k basic salary – OTE £50k uncapped
