Senior Sales Account Executive - Remote - Up to £90k basic plus commission
This successful tech start up are looking for a Senior Sales Executive role to join them on their journey. With a unique product and an already growing customer base this company is on the road to success. They have grown rapidly since being founded in 2020 and the product is now available in 32 countries….
With a client base ranging from start ups to large corporates, this company has rapid growth plans over the next year to include expanding into the US.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record selling technology solutions into medium to large sized companies, with experience in selling HR Tech being a plus.
This is a 360 role we are looking for ambitious candidates who would enjoy working in a start up environment.
Job role of the Senior Sales Executive - remote:
- Manage all stages of the deal cycle with a focus on closing and leading SDRs
- Develop and execute on lead generation strategies.
- Present and develop sales collateral that enables our customers to make effective buying decisions.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to integrate learnings into our messaging and product offering.
Skills/experience required for the Senior Sales Executive - remote:
- Proven track record selling technology solutions in a 360 role
- Exceptional communicator across all seniority levels
- An ambitious team player
- Leadership/mentoring skills
- HR Tech sales background a bonus
- Excellent basic salary and OTE
