Business Development Executive - Guildford - up to £22,500 basic / Year 1 OTE £40k+ uncapped
Office based - Mon-Fri - 8.45am - 5.30pm
To support continued growth this well established business are now looking for an additional B2B sales professional to join their telemarketing team. With a non scripted approach, each campaign is tailored to meet the requirements of the client. Your job will be to identify decision makers, generate quality leads and set appointments for clients.
Each campaign is different which means each day will be different. You will be dealing with prospects at senior and board level and as you progress within the business you will be assigned to campaigns that suit your particular strengths.
To be considered for the role you will need the following:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience selling in a B2B capacity.
- Organised and punctual.
- Self-motivating and eager to earn money.
- History hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Computer literate.
- Comfortable speaking to high-end decision makers on the phone.
- Experience using and managing a CRM system.
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Manage your CRM system to build and keep a track of your pipeline.
- Book qualified appointments to work towards a sales target.
- Attend regular training meetings with our clients and build a positive relationship with them
- Up to £22,500 starting salary with uncapped commission/OTE £40k
