Hospitality & Sponsorship Operations Co-ordinator - Ascot - Up to £24k - Hybrid

A prestigious events company based in Ascot are looking for a Hospitality and Sponsorship Ops Co-ordinator to join them. Your main function will be to support the Hospitality Ops Manager on the planning and on-day delivery of events.

Job role:

• Support the Hospitality Operations Manager on catering requirements, branding allocations, digital presence, advertising, trophies & awards
• Liaise with and look after sponsors on event days
• Deliver table plans and dispatch reports to assist with the build-up of events
• Manage all customer dietary requirements
• Support with the dispatch of all ticketing
• Be confident in dealing with customers either on the phone or face-to-face
• Liaise closely with the catering team to ensure smooth delivery of fine dining
• Chase outstanding payments
• Support in processing group ticket customers and fulfilling digital ticket requirements
• Act as event day support for the sales manager

Experience/attributes required:

• Experience in an administrative role
• Comfortable in a client facing role
• High standard of oral and written communication at all levels
• Computer literate with a good standard of Microsoft Office & Excel
