Customer Support Technician – Milton Keynes – Up to £28k (negotiable DOE) plus great benefits package

Currently hybrid working

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with good customer service experience and an interest (or experience) in the automotive or motorsports industry or IT, tech or electronics. 

You will join a very successful global organisation who design, manufacture and support all their own products.  They have gone from strength to strength and now supply 100+ countries either directly to the customer or via a network of distributors.

Job role:

  • Supporting customers via telephone, email, video call and responding to a global customer base and distributors
  • Product fault reporting and escalation
  • Troubleshooting

Skills/attributes required for the role:

  • Customer service experience, including experience with conflict resolution, product fault reporting, technical troubleshooting etc
  • Experieince will ideally be within automotive, motorsports or technical industry
  • An interest in IT, technology or electronics would be ideal
  • A clear concise writing technique and excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to troubleshooting
  • A positive attitude and good team working skills
  • Full UK clean driving license
  • NVQ level 2 or higher in customer service would also be a bonus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience within the Automotive or Motorsports industry would be a bonus as would exposure to vehicle CAN and GPS technologies and technology testing experience.  This is not essential though.
