Sales Account Manager – Trade & Construction – Twyford – Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission

We are looking for ambitious Sales Account Managers to join a growing trade and construction business based in Twyford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals with experience in recruitment, mortgage brokering, insurance, telesales, telemarketing, or other target-driven B2B or B2C sales roles. You’ll be managing inbound enquiries, nurturing accounts, and growing client relationships — without the need for cold calling.

Top performers in the business are earning £100k+ in commission, with clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into opportunities

• Call existing clients to generate repeat business and increase revenue

• Build and maintain long-term client and supplier relationships

• Work towards agreed sales and margin targets

• Manage performance using KPIs

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience in telesales, recruitment, estate agency, insurance, car sales, or similar B2B/B2C roles

• Strong account management and business development skills

• Motivated by commission, targets, and career progression

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset

• Full UK driving licence and own transport desirable
