Busineess Development – Hospitality & Events – Shepperton – Up to £40k Basic

An exciting opportunity for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to lead B2B growth for a prestigious hotel in Shepperton.

As Sales Executive, you’ll drive revenue through proactive and reactive sales strategies, developing strong corporate partnerships and expanding the venue’s presence in the hospitality and events market. From booking your own client meetings to attending industry events, networking, and building local partnerships, you’ll play a key role in growing the corporate arm of the business.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded business development professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building face-to-face relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and secure new business while growing existing corporate accounts
• Build strong relationships through phone calls, events, and in-person meetings
• Host client entertainment events such as tastings, venue tours, and networking activities
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage client accounts effectively

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience (hospitality, events, or venue sales experience desirable)
• Strong business development skills with a proactive, target-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident in building long-term client partnerships
