Sales Executive – Hospitality & Events – Shepperton – Up to £40k Basic

An exciting opportunity for a driven, results-focused business development professional to lead the growth of a prestigious hotel’s B2B partnerships.

In this role, you’ll drive revenue through both proactive and reactive sales strategies, building and nurturing strong corporate relationships. From booking your own client meetings to attending events, networking, and developing local partnerships, you’ll play a key role in growing the corporate arm of the venue.

This is the perfect role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building face-to-face relationships, and takes full ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and secure new business while nurturing and growing existing corporate accounts
  • Build relationships through phone calls, events, and in-person meetings
  • Host client entertainment events such as tastings, venue tours, and networking activities
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales experience (hospitality, events, or venue sales experience desirable)
  • Strong business development skills with a proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
